Key Responsibilities
- Set up dining areas, tables, and buffet counters as per standards before service
- Take food and beverage orders and serve guests promptly and courteously
- Clear tables, replenish supplies, and maintain cleanliness of the service area
- Assist with room service, banquet, and event setups as required
- Handle crockery, cutlery, and glassware with care to avoid breakage/wastage
- Follow hygiene, grooming, and safety standards at all times
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
- Handle guest requests and escalate complaints to the supervisor when needed
Requirements
- 10th/12th pass or ITI/Diploma in Hotel Management (preferred)
- 1–4 years of experience in F&B; service (hotel/restaurant/banquet background)
- Basic English/Hindi communication skills
