About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Billing Executive to join our team at BEANbite Dental Solutions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing billing operations and ensuring seamless insurance processing for dental services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage the billing process for all dental services.
- Handle insurance portals and client software to process billing and insurance claims.
- Verify dental policy benefits and follow up on outstanding claims.
- Interpret insurance guidelines and their impact on coverage.
- Accurately document benefit information using the required templates.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Science (preferably in Pharmacy, Biomedical, BDS, MSc, Microbiology, etc.).
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.




- Commitment to handling sensitive and confidential information with integrity.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Knowledge of dental billing procedures and insurance processes is an advantage but not mandatory.
