- Good understanding of QA/QC systems and pharmaceutical documentation.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills.
- Excellent production planning and operational management abilities.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of CAPA, deviation, change control, SOPs and audit compliance.
- Ability to manage multiple departments and cross-functional teams.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems..
