Profile: General Insurance Operations
Manage day-to-day operations of the General Insurance department. Handle policy processing, renewals, endorsements, documentation and related paperwork. Check policies and documents for accuracy, completeness and compliance. Conduct regular policy audits and identify errors or gaps. Maintain proper records and prepare MIS, reports and operational updates. Coordinate with insurance companies, clients and internal teams for policy-related requirements. Track pending policies, renewals, endorsements, payments and other open cases. Coordinate claims-related documentation and follow-ups whenever required. Ensure all policy and customer data is updated correctly and on time. Monitor the team’s work, allocate tasks and ensure timely completion. Resolve operational issues and improve day-to-day processes wherever required. Ensure smooth and accurate end-to-end General Insurance operations.
