US Staffing & Recruitment Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced US Staffing & Recruitment Manager to lead and manage our US IT recruitment team and drive end-to-end recruitment delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of US IT Recruiters.
- Manage end-to-end US IT recruitment and staffing.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, CareerBuilder, job boards, and other channels.
- Strong knowledge of US Visa & Work Authorization – H1B, H1B Transfer, GC, EAD, OPT/CPT, US Citizens, etc.
- Handle candidate screening, interviews, submissions, follow-ups, negotiations, background checks, and onboarding.




- Develop Boolean searches and sourcing strategies for generic and niche IT positions.
- Track team performance, recruitment metrics, interviews, submissions, and placements.
- Coordinate with clients/hiring managers and ensure timely candidate delivery. Stay updated with US IT skills, technologies, and staffing market trends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
