Key Requirements

✔ 5+ years of overall skilled experience
✔ Strong preference for Banking/NBFC/Financial Services experience
✔ Proven experience in Branch Operations & Branch/Sales Management
✔ Hands-on experience with loan products such as Gold Loan, Business Loan, Vehicle Loan, NCD, etc.
✔ Strong track record in business target achievement & loan recovery
✔ Team leadership,



performance management & staff motivation
✔ Customer relationship management & grievance handling
✔ Branch-level compliance, audit coordination & administration
✔ Knowledge of cash/bank management, transaction authorization & BRS
✔ Strong sales, business development & customer acquisition skills

⭐ Preferred: Candidates with prior Banking/NBFC Branch Manager experience and exposure to multiple financial products.
