About the Role

ClassBoxes Technology is looking for an experienced Java Trainer with strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills. The trainer will be responsible for conducting live online training sessions and helping learners develop practical, job-ready Java skills.

The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of relevant industry experience and be comfortable working during the night shift.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct live online training sessions on Core Java and Advanced Java.
- Teach concepts through practical examples, live coding, assignments, and projects.
- Provide hands-on coding exercises and real-world development scenarios.
- Resolve students' technical doubts and provide one-on-one guidance when required.
- Design and conduct coding assessments, assignments, and projects.
- Track learner performance and provide regular feedback.
- Explain complex programming concepts in a simple and structured manner.
- Prepare and update training material according to industry requirements.
- Mentor learners and help them develop strong programming and problem-solving skills.




- Maintain regular communication with the internal training team regarding learner progress.

Technical Skills Required

- Strong knowledge of Core Java and Advanced Java.
- Excellent understanding of OOPs concepts, Collections, Exception Handling, Multithreading, JDBC, Servlets, and JSP.
- Good knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
- Knowledge of Spring / Spring Boot, Hibernate, REST APIs, and Microservices will be an added advantage.
- Strong coding, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to conduct practical, project-based training.

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Java development, software engineering, or technical training.
- Previous experience as a Java Trainer / Technical Trainer / Corporate Trainer is preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to teach technical concepts clearly in English.
- Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a suitable setup for conducting online training.
- Comfortable working in a night shift.
- Must be available from Monday to Friday.

Pay: ₹50,379.99 - ₹100,707.75 per month
