Axis Max Life Insurance is seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an Associate Agency Development Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing a team of insurance agents to achieve sales targets and expand the agency network. You will focus on recruiting, training, and mentoring agents while ensuring that they meet performance standards and provide exceptional service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Recruit and onboard new agents to develop a strong team.
- Provide continuous training and development to agents on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer relationship management.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of agents,



providing coaching and support as needed.
- Develop strategies to achieve sales targets and enhance the productivity of the agency.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and compliance with company policies.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales activities, progress, and challenges to senior management.

Skills Required:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
- Capability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve goals.

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

- Use of communication tools for remote team management and training (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
