Dica An Deco Interiors is an interior design company specializing in residential and commercial interior solutions, including complete home interiors, modular kitchens, wardrobes, furniture, false ceilings, and customized interior designs.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and confident Telecaller Executive to handle client calls, follow up with leads, understand customer requirements, and schedule site visits/meetings for our interior design services.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to new and existing leads.
- Follow up with potential clients through calls and WhatsApp.
- Understand client requirements, budget, location, and project timeline.
- Explain company services and generate interest in our interior solutions.
- Schedule site visits and meetings for the sales/design team.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients.
- Update lead status and customer information in CRM/Excel.
- Coordinate with the sales and design team for lead conversion.
- Achieve monthly calling, appointment, and lead-conversion targets.
- Maintain professional communication and good customer relationships.

Requirements

- 2–4 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, lead generation, or customer handling.




- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Hindi and English communication is required; Marathi is an advantage.
- Confident, positive, and customer-friendly personality.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and WhatsApp.
- Experience in interior design, real estate, home improvement, or related industries will be preferred.
- Ability to work with sales targets and follow-up processes.
