C-Child Well-being & Life Skills School sessions on well-being, self-compassion, emotional intelligence, empathy, healthy habits and positive relationships. Education & Learning Support Tutoring, remedial education, study support, reading programmes and development of learning habits.

D- Community Outreach Connecting with villages, schools, families, community groups and local institutions to identify needs and expand programmes.

E- Fundraising & Donor Outreach Identifying potential supporters, communicating the organisation's work and developing meaningful donor relationships.

F-Awareness & Social Campaigns Conducting campaigns on education, child development, well-being, empathy, social responsibility and related causes.

Prefered Academic Qualification-

MSW Candidates, Psychology Students or professionals and Individuals with volunteering experience will be given preference

Undergraduate or graduate or Post graduate candidates (18+) from any discipline may apply. Preference will be given to candidates with backgrounds in Management, Marketing, Sales, Commerce, Mass Communication, Public Relations, Social Work or related fields.

No specific degree is mandatory; communication skills, confidence, networking ability, initiative and commitment to community service will be given greater importance.

We are building a dedicated Volunteer Fundraising & Outreach Team to support our upcoming charitable initiatives.

What will you do?

As a Mamatalaya Volunteer,



you can contribute in one or more of these areas:

1. Donation Mobilisation

Reach out to individuals, families, professionals and well-wishers.

Introduce them to Mamatalaya's charitable objectives and upcoming initiatives.

Encourage voluntary contributions through ethical and transparent fundraising.

Help identify potential donors and supporters.

Maintain proper records of fundraising and donor communication.

2. Awareness and outreach

Spread awareness about Mamatalaya and its charitable objectives.

Promote our education, student-support and community initiatives.

Use social media, personal networks and community connections to reach supporters.

Organise or assist with awareness campaigns and outreach activities.

Volunteer and Team Management

Coordinate with other volunteers.

Build local fundraising and outreach teams.

Allocate tasks and follow up on activities.

Help motivate team members and maintain effective communication.

Assist in organising fundraising and community-service activities.

4. Project support

Volunteers may also participate in initiatives relating to:

Student education & support | Career guidance | Educational resources | Socio-emotional well-being | Community welfare | Food-service initiatives | Awareness programmes

You don't need to donate your own money.

Your role is to contribute your time, network, communication skills and initiative to help mobilise voluntary support for charitable work.

Volunteers who successfully complete a minimum of 21 days of active volunteering will be eligible for a Mamatalaya Volunteer Certificate.

Those completing one month or more of active volunteering may receive a certificate recognising their contribution and participation.

Certificate eligibility should be based on actual participation and completion of the assigned responsibilities.
