We are seeking a skilled BIM Modeller to join our team in Ahmedabad and contribute to delivering high-quality digital models across infrastructure, residential, and commercial projects. The candidate must have strong knowledge of ISO 19650 standards, clash detection, Navisworks, Revit, BIM documentation, and the overall BIM process.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and coordinate accurate BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEPF disciplines.
- Perform clash detection and resolve design conflicts using Navisworks.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 19650 and project-specific BIM Execution Plans.
- Generate 2D drawings, schedules, and documentation from BIM models.
- Support audits, quality checks, and updates in the Common Data Setting (CDE).




- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to maintain model integrity.

Qualifications & Skills

- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
- Strong understanding of BIM standards, documentation workflows, and ISO 19650 compliance.
- Attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and effective teamwork skills

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
