We are looking for a well-groomed, energetic, and guest-focused F&B; Service GSA to join our Food & Beverage Service team. The ideal candidate should have positive communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering excellent guest service.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and serve guests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Set up and maintain restaurant tables, service areas, and buffet counters.
- Serve food and beverages according to hotel standards.
- Ensure guest requests and requirements are attended to promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant and service areas.
- Coordinate with the Kitchen and other departments for smooth service.
- Handle guest queries and complaints professionally.
- Follow all hotel standards, SOPs, and food safety procedures.
- Assist with restaurant opening and closing duties.




- Maintain proper grooming and professional conduct at all times.

Requirements

- Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant is preferred.
- Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn may also apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-service-oriented approach.
- Good grooming and professional appearance.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
