Industry: Interior Design & Architecture / Interior Fit-Outs
Qualification: Diploma / Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management or related field.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the complete tendering process from opportunity identification to submission and post-tender follow-up.
- Review tender documents, drawings, BOQs, specifications and commercial terms.
- Handle BOQ preparation, estimation, rate analysis and commercial pricing.
- Coordinate with Design, Estimation, Procurement, Finance and Project teams.
- Obtain and negotiate vendor/subcontractor quotations.
- Manage EMD, tender fees, BGs and required documentation.
- Handle e-tender portals / GeM submissions within deadlines.
- Coordinate site visits, pre-bid queries, client clarifications and negotiations.
- Maintain tender trackers and analyse tender performance.




- Lead and guide the Tender Executive / Estimation team.

Required Skills:

- Strong experience in tendering, estimation and commercial proposals.
- Ability to read architectural/interior drawings and specifications.
- Strong BOQ, rate analysis and vendor negotiation skills.
- Hands-on experience with e-tender portals / GeM.
- Valuable MS Excel and documentation skills.
- Strong coordination, leadership and follow-up skills.

Preferred Candidate:
Candidates with direct Interior Fit-Out / Interior Design / Architecture industry experience and the ability to independently manage end-to-end tendering are preferred.
