Aventra Medtech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager who can take ownership of our people function and support the organization’s next phase of growth.

We are looking for a qualified with strong experience in:

- End-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition
- HR policies, systems and statutory compliance
- Employee documentation, payroll coordination and HR administration
- Performance management and employee engagement
- Training and organizational development
- Building, developing and retaining high-performing teams
- Creating a professional, performance-driven corporate culture

Experience: 5+ years in a responsible HR role preferred

Industry exposure: Medical devices, healthcare,



pharma or manufacturing will be an advantage

Location: Kozhikode, Kerala

We are looking for someone who can go beyond routine HR administration and build strong people, strong systems and a strong organization.
