Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Management, Operations, Commerce, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in field operations, parking management, facility operations, logistics, or team supervision
- Experience managing on-ground staff and daily operations
- Fluent in Kannada, Hindi, and English
- Basic accounting and cash handling knowledge
- Computer knowledge with ability to generate reports and use mobile/software applications
- Solid communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Willing to work in rotational shifts and travel across parking locations in Bengaluru
- Bengaluru resident or willing to relocate

Job Description & Responsibilities

The Field Manager – Parking Operations will support the General Manager in managing day-to-day parking operations across multiple locations. The role involves supervising field staff, monitoring parking activities, ensuring smooth customer service, and maintaining operational discipline across assigned parking zones.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily parking operations across assigned parking locations
- Manage and coordinate:
- Parking Wardens
- Ground Staff
- Enforcement Staff
- Customer Support Executives




- Ensure parking staff attendance, discipline, uniforms, and shift deployment
- Monitor ticketing operations, handheld POS usage, QR payment systems, and parking software operations
- Ensure proper parking management, vehicle movement, and customer assistance at sites
- Be present on-field to ensure operational standards are maintained
- Support enforcement activities for parking violations, unauthorized parking, and towing coordination
- Maintain daily records of parking collections, violations, and operational activities
- Assist in revenue verification and reconciliation with the accounts team
- Handle customer complaints and resolve on-ground operational issues promptly
- Ensure parking signages, bay markings, and operational equipment are properly maintained
- Coordinate with the General Manager for reporting, escalations, and operational updates
- Generate daily operational reports and submit status updates to management
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety guidelines, and client requirements

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
