Experience: 3-4 years in Sea/Air Import Freight Forwarding Customer Service
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end sea/air import customer service operations
- Coordinate with overseas agents, shipping lines, CHA, transporters, and internal teams
- Track import shipments and provide timely status updates to customers
- Ensure accurate data entry in systems and timely documentation processing
- Resolve customer queries, shipment issues, and escalations professionally
- Coordinate with customs clearance and delivery teams for smooth cargo movement
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and industry regulations
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of import procedures, documentation, and shipping terms
- Robust communication and coordination skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
