Accountant – Roles & Responsibilities

- Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.
- Record sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and expenses.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, vouchers, and payment records.
- Handle cash, bank transactions, and daily cash reconciliation.
- Perform bank and ledger reconciliations.
- Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare salary/payroll-related calculations and records.
- Monitor outstanding payments and follow up for collections.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and statements.
- Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance and documentation.
- Maintain proper documentation of all financial transactions.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, and management when required.
- Ensure accuracy of accounting entries and resolve discrepancies.
- Support budgeting, expense tracking, and financial analysis.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial and company information.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
