Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Tele Marketing Executive to join our team in Nagpur. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating and qualifying leads, explaining products/services, following up with prospects, and supporting the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Generate, qualify, and manage leads.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
- Explain products, services, benefits, pricing, and processes.
- Follow up with potential customers.
- Schedule appointments, demonstrations, or meetings.
- Convert qualified leads into sales opportunities.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling/sales targets.
- Maintain records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
- Handle customer queries and basic objections professionally.




- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience in Telecalling, Telemarketing, Telesales, Inside Sales, or Lead Generation.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Marathi language knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Robust persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Confident and professional telephone etiquette.
- Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel or CRM software.
- Good follow-up and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
