Description:

Key Responsibilities :

Design, build, and maintain full-stack web applications using React/Next.js on the front end and Python/Node.js services on the back end.

Develop and consume REST APIs, ensuring performant, secure, and well-documented integration points between services.

Model, implement, and optimize data persistence layers (MongoDB/PostgreSQL/SQL) to support application features.

Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams to translate requirements into shippable features.

Write clean, tested, maintainable code and participate in peer code reviews.

Additional / Track-Specific Responsibilities :

- Cloud & Incident-Ready (7 yrs): Manage infrastructure as code using Terraform, administer secrets via AWS Secrets Manager, and follow incident-management processes including on-call response and post-incident reviews.

- AI-Augmented Development (8 yrs): Use AI-assisted coding tools (Cursor, Claude) to accelerate development, review,



and documentation; help evaluate new AI tooling for the team.

Required Qualifications

Strong hands-on expertise in the core stack: Node.js, React, TypeScript, Next.js, GraphQL, Python, and REST API design.

Relevant additional expertise matching the specific track applied for (cloud/Terraform/incident management, AI-assisted tooling, or system design/architecture — see variant table).

Post-graduate/master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
