Position: Holiday Sales Executive
Location: Gurgaon
Department: Holiday Sales
Employment: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries for domestic & international holiday packages.
- Understand customer requirements, preferences and budgets.
- Prepare and present customized holiday itineraries and quotations.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into bookings.
- Coordinate with suppliers/DMCs for package rates and availability.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure a smooth booking experience.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Upsell/cross-sell flights, hotels, activities, transfers and other travel services.
- Maintain accurate records of leads,



follow-ups and sales.

Candidate Profile

- 1–4 years of experience in travel sales/holiday sales preferred.
- Good knowledge of domestic & international destinations.
- Solid communication and convincing skills.
- Passion for travel and customer service.
- Target-oriented and confident in handling sales.
- Experience with travel quotations and itinerary preparation will be an advantage.
- Freshers with excellent communication and a strong interest in travel may also be considered.
