About the Role

We are looking for a Patient Relations Executive to join our clinic team. The candidate will be responsible for welcoming patients, understanding their concerns, assisting them throughout their clinic visit, and ensuring a professional and comfortable patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist patients visiting the clinic.
- Understand patients’ concerns and guide them regarding the consultation process.
- Coordinate patient appointments and manage the clinic’s daily patient flow.
- Assist patients with registration, basic documentation, and other clinic formalities.
- Coordinate with doctors, counselors, and clinic staff to ensure smooth patient handling.
- Explain clinic procedures, consultation details, and other relevant information clearly.
- Follow up with patients regarding appointments and scheduled visits, when required.
- Handle patient queries and complaints politely and escalate them to the concerned team.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality of patient information.
- Ensure the waiting area and patient interaction process remain organized and professional.




- Support the clinic team in achieving patient service and operational targets.
- Follow all company policies, clinic guidelines, and skilled standards.

Required Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Polite, patient, and empathetic approach.
- Presentable personality and professional behaviour.
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to coordinate with doctors, patients, and clinic staff.
- Prior experience in a clinic, hospital, healthcare, front desk, or patient care role will be an advantage.

Qualification

- Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred.

Preferred Candidate

- Candidates with experience in clinic operations, patient coordination, healthcare counselling, front desk, or customer service, jewelers industry or education counsellors are preferred.
- good communication skills and a willingness to learn may also apply.
