Axis Max Life Insurance is seeking a skilled and motivated Manager - Training to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing training programs for our employees to enhance their skills and knowledge in the insurance sector. You will collaborate with various departments to assess training needs and create a curriculum that aligns with the company's objectives and strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and deliver engaging training programs for employees at all levels within the organization.
- Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, or focus groups and develop customized training solutions.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements based on feedback and performance metrics.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to incorporate into training modules.




- Collaborate with subject matter experts and leadership to ensure alignment with the company's vision and values.
- Facilitate onboarding programs for new hires and continuous professional development for existing staff.
- Manage the training budget and report on training outcomes to senior management.

Skills Required:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively deliver training and collaborate with teams.
- Excellent presentation skills and the ability to engage audiences in a learning environment.
- Analytical skills to assess training needs and measure the effectiveness of training programs.
- Project management skills to oversee multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
- Problem-solving abilities to address challenges that arise during training development and delivery.

Tools Required:

- Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) for managing and delivering training content.
- Familiarity with e-learning development tools such as Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate.
- Experience with online communication and collaboration tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet.
- Knowledge of performance tracking and reporting tools to assess training outcomes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, for creating training materials and presentations.
