Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to create a positive and engaging learning environment for young children. The ideal candidate will foster curiosity, creativity and foundational skills through age-appropriate activities and structured learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans and activities
- Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment
- Facilitate learning through play, storytelling, art, music and movement
- Monitor and assess children’s progress and provide feedback to parents
- Maintain classroom discipline with a nurturing approach
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff for curriculum planning and events
- Organize and participate in school activities,
celebrations and parent interactions
- Ensure the well-being, safety and emotional development of every child
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree (B.Ed / ECCEd / Early Childhood Education preferred)
- Prior experience in preschool or early years teaching
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative, patient and energetic personality
- Ability to handle young children with care and empathy
- Basic classroom management and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with international or play-based curriculum
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Familiarity with activity-based and experiential learning methods
