As a DAYWISE Online Home Tutor/ Key Account Manager ( KAM ) you will work closely with individual students and become their daily academic support partner.

Your primary responsibility is to ensure that the student:

- Understands and revises the lessons covered in school
- Completes assigned homework properly
- Is prepared for the next day's lessons
- Regularly practices important concepts
- Takes daily, weekly and monthly assessments
- Improves academic performance through continuous feedback

The role requires more than simply teaching a chapter. You will guide, monitor, motivate and assess the student throughout the learning journey.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Daily School Portion Revision

- Review the topics taught in school during the day.
- Explain difficult concepts in a simple and understandable manner.
- Clarify the student's doubts.
- Ensure that the student has understood the day's lessons.
- Identify areas requiring additional practice.

2. Homework Support

- Review the student's daily homework.
- Help the student understand questions and concepts.
- Encourage the student to complete work independently.
- Check completed assignments and provide corrections.
- Ensure important pending work is completed on time.

3. Preparation for the Next School Day

- Review the student's upcoming portions wherever information is available.
- Introduce important concepts before they are taught at school.
- Help the student develop familiarity with upcoming lessons.
- Prepare the student with basic questions and concepts for the next day.

4. Continuous Practice





- Conduct additional practice based on the student's academic needs.
- Use questions, examples, worksheets and interactive learning techniques.
- Focus particularly on topics where the student is weak.
- Encourage regular revision rather than last-minute preparation.

5. Assessments & Tests

Tutors will participate in the DAYWISE assessment system:

Daily Tests

- Short tests based on the day's learning.
- Quick assessment of understanding and retention.

Weekly Tests

- Assessment of the week's completed portions.
- Identification of learning gaps.

Monthly Tests

- Comprehensive assessment of the month's academic progress.
- Performance analysis and improvement planning.

6. Student Progress Monitoring

- Maintain accurate records of student performance.
- Track strengths and areas requiring improvement.
- Provide constructive feedback.
- Inform the DAYWISE academic team about significant learning difficulties.
- Support preparation of periodic progress reports for parents.

7. Parent Communication

Where required, tutors may communicate with parents regarding:

- Student progress
- Homework completion
- Test performance
- Areas requiring additional attention
- Attendance and punctuality
- General academic observations

All communication should be skilled, respectful and solution-oriented.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
