FIELD SALES EXECUTIVE – FOOTWEAR

Job Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers and key customers across Mumbai and nearby markets.
- Conduct regular field visits and market visits to generate recent business.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Visit existing and potential clients, understand their requirements and take orders.
- Develop new dealers, distributors and retail accounts.
- Expand business across Mumbai and surrounding markets.
- Conduct market surveys and monitor competitor products, pricing and activities.
- Follow up on orders, deliveries and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with the office, dispatch and accounts teams for smooth order execution.
- Follow up for outstanding payments from customers.
- Submit regular reports on sales, orders, market visits, customer feedback and competition.




- Handle customer queries and resolve sales-related issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 8–10 years of experience in footwear sales.
- Strong knowledge of the Mumbai footwear market and dealer/retailer network.
- Existing contacts with footwear dealers, distributors and retailers will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- Strong target-oriented approach and business-development skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for field/client visits.

Key Requirement:
Candidate should have strong footwear industry experience, good knowledge of the Mumbai market, and be comfortable with extensive field travel and client visits.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
