Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Tyre Management Executive to manage the complete tyre inventory and tyre-related activities at our location in Jamshedpur.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in physical tyre management as well as maintaining tyre records in computer/system-based software. The candidate must be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of accurately tracking tyre movement, usage, condition, and stock.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain the physical inventory of tyres, including new, used, repaired, and scrap tyres.
- Maintain accurate records of tyre receipt, issue, replacement, rotation, repair, and disposal.
- Update and maintain tyre-related information in the company's system/software.
- Track tyre-wise details such as tyre number, brand, size, condition, vehicle allocation, and usage.
- Monitor tyre stock and ensure proper reconciliation between physical stock and system records.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and identify any discrepancies.
- Maintain records of tyre fitment, removal, rotation, and replacement.
- Coordinate with vehicle/fleet maintenance teams regarding tyre requirements and replacement.
- Monitor tyre condition and report tyres requiring repair, retreading, or replacement.
- Maintain proper documentation and prepare regular tyre-related reports.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of tyres in accordance with company procedures.
- Assist in improving tyre life, reducing wastage,



and maintaining proper tyre utilization.
- Follow company safety, inventory, and documentation procedures.

Required Skills & Experience

- Prior experience in tyre management is mandatory.
- Strong practical knowledge of physical tyre handling and inventory management.
- Experience in maintaining tyre records using computer systems/software.
- Good knowledge of tyre sizes, brands, condition assessment, fitment, rotation, and replacement.
- Ability to reconcile physical tyre stock with system records.
- Basic computer knowledge is required.
- Good communication skills in both English and Hindi are mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and record-keeping ability.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with drivers, mechanics, fleet teams, and management.
- Candidates with experience in fleet, transport, automobile, logistics, or commercial vehicle operations will be preferred.

Educational Qualification

- Minimum: GRADUATION
- Diploma or other relevant qualification will be an added advantage.
- Relevant practical experience in tyre management will be given higher preference.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.

The ideal candidate is someone who understands tyres practically on the ground and can also manage tyre data accurately in the system. Candidates with strong experience in tyre inventory, fleet tyre management, and tyre record keeping are encouraged to apply.
