Job Description – Steward

Job Responsibilities:

- Welcome and assist guests in a polite and skilled manner.
- Set up tables, dining areas, and service stations before operations.
- Take food and beverage orders and serve them accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tables, crockery, cutlery, and service areas.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth operations.
- Clear and reset tables promptly after guests finish their meals.
- Follow hotel standards for food service, hygiene, and guest handling.
- Handle guest requests and complaints professionally and inform the supervisor when required.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of crockery, cutlery, and other service items.
- Support the team during busy hours, events, and special functions.

Requirements:





- Minimum 0–2 years of experience in a hotel, restaurant, café, or hospitality environment.
- Freshers with a positive attitude may also be considered.
- Good communication and customer-service skills.
- Well-groomed, polite, and presentable personality.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Team-oriented and willing to learn.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
