We are building a scalable Magento-based e-commerce platform with advanced catalog systems, digital tools, and marketing integrations.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented E-commerce Catalog Executive to manage and optimize product listings on our Magento-based e-commerce platform.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in e-commerce catalog management, Magento or similar platforms, product data management, content optimization, and SEO.

You will be responsible for ensuring that product information is accurate, complete, well-structured, visually optimized, and SEO-friendly, while maintaining a high-quality online shopping experience.

Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Catalog Management

- Upload, create, and manage product listings on the Magento e-commerce platform.
- Manage simple, configurable, and grouped products.
- Maintain product categories, attributes, pricing, and related catalog information.
- Ensure product data is properly structured and organized.
- Manage product updates, additions, and modifications efficiently.

Product Content & Data Management

- Prepare and update product descriptions, specifications, features, and other product information.
- Upload and manage product images and other digital assets.
- Ensure product content is transparent, consistent, and properly formatted.
- Perform bulk product uploads and updates using CSV tools.




- Identify missing or inconsistent product information and coordinate corrections.

SEO & Product Optimization

- Optimize product titles, meta descriptions, URLs, and other relevant product content.
- Ensure product pages follow basic SEO best practices.
- Improve product discoverability through accurate categorization, attributes, keywords, and content.
- Support ongoing catalog optimization initiatives.

Quality Control & Catalog Audits

- Regularly audit product listings for accuracy and completeness.
- Verify product pricing, specifications, attributes, images, and descriptions.
- Identify and correct catalog errors, duplicate information, and missing data.
- Ensure product information is consistent across the website.
- Support quality-control processes for new and updated products.

Inventory & E-commerce Coordination

- Work with relevant teams to ensure catalog information aligns with inventory availability.
- Understand how inventory management systems and integrations affect product listings.
- Coordinate with e-commerce, operations, and other internal teams to resolve catalog-related issues.

Must-Have Skills

- 2–5 years of experience in e-commerce, catalog management, or a related role.
- Hands-on experience with Magento or a similar e-commerce platform.
- Strong understanding of product catalog management.
- Experience managing product data, attributes, categories, and pricing.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good understanding of e-commerce product content and online merchandising.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles.




- Ability to work with bulk product uploads and CSV files.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in flooring, tiles, home improvement, building materials, retail, or e-commerce industries.
- Experience managing large product catalogs.
- Understanding of configurable and grouped product structures.
- Knowledge of image optimization and content formatting.
- Familiarity with inventory management integrations.
- Basic HTML knowledge for product-content formatting.
- Experience with Magento product attributes, categories, and catalog structures.

Education

Bachelor's degree or related qualification preferred.
