The Packing & Dispatch Executive is responsible for the final-mile preparation of ASES products for shipment — accurately packing cartons, booking each order into the system, generating and applying barcodes, shrink wrapping cartons for transit protection, and handing completed shipments to the courier executive for pickup. This role is central to order accuracy, on-time dispatch, and the quality of the customer's unboxing experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Carton Packing: Pack products securely into cartons of appropriate size, using correct cushioning/protective material for chemical, glass, or liquid items as per packing guidelines.
- Order Booking in System: Enter and book each packed order into the computer system (inventory/order management software), updating order status, quantities, and packing details accurately and on time.
- Barcode Generation: Generate barcode labels for each carton/shipment using the barcode printing software, matching them correctly to the corresponding order or SKU.
- Barcode Application: Affix the generated barcode labels onto the correct cartons, ensuring labels are legible, correctly placed, and free of damage or misprints.
- Shrink Wrapping: Shrink wrap packed cartons to protect contents from moisture, dust, and damage during transit,



using the shrink wrap machine/heat gun safely and efficiently.
- Courier Handover: Coordinate with the courier executive for scheduled pickups, hand over the correct number of cartons, verify handover against the dispatch list, and obtain acknowledgment/proof of pickup.
- Requirements & Skills
- Basic computer literacy — comfortable entering data and using order/inventory software.
- Familiarity with barcode label printing (or willingness to be trained).
- Attention to detail and accuracy, especially in matching barcodes/labels to the correct orders.
- Physical ability to lift, pack, and move cartons for extended periods.
- Punctuality and reliability in meeting daily dispatch cutoffs.
- Basic literacy in Hindi/English for reading order slips and labels.
- Prior experience in a warehouse, packing, or dispatch role is a plus but not mandatory

- Working ConditionsBased at the ASES warehouse/packing facility in Jodhpur. Involves standing, lifting, and repetitive packing tasks; safe handling practices must be followed at all times, particularly around chemical, glass, and liquid products.

Pay: ₹11,500.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
