We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Soft Skills Trainer to join our team in Calicut. The candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and practical training sessions to students and helping them develop essential professional skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct interactive soft skills and professional development training sessions.
- Train students in communication skills, presentation skills, interpersonal skills, teamwork, leadership, and time management.
- Conduct activities, role plays, group discussions, and mock interviews.
- Help students improve their confidence, professional etiquette, and workplace readiness.
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.




- Develop and update training materials based on industry requirements.
- Provide career and employability guidance to students.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience as a Soft Skills Trainer, Communication Trainer, or similar role.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Robust knowledge of employability and professional skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate students.
- Good interpersonal and classroom management skills.
- Candidates with relevant training, HR, education, or corporate experience are preferred.
