Dental Assistant – Job Description

Position: Dental Assistant
Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in a dental clinic/hospital

Job Responsibilities:

- Assist dentists during dental procedures and treatments.
- Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and treatment rooms.
- Maintain proper infection-control and hygiene standards.
- Assist with patient preparation and provide basic post-treatment instructions.
- Maintain dental records and patient information.
- Handle dental instruments, materials, and equipment appropriately.
- Coordinate with the dentist and clinic staff for smooth patient flow.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dental clinic.

Requirements:

- Minimum 6 months of experience as a Dental Assistant.
- Knowledge of dental instruments, sterilization, and basic dental procedures.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team and interact professionally with patients.
- Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
- Relevant dental assistant certification/qualification is an advantage.

Job Type: Full time
Experience Required: 6 months minimum

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹18,248.64 per month
