The Course Coordinator will be responsible for developing awareness and adoption of dental implant treatments among dentists, orthodontists, oral surgeons, and other relevant dental professionals through educational and professional engagement programmes.
The primary objective of this role is to identify, engage, educate, and convert dental professionals by promoting dental implant education courses, workshops, seminars, hands-on training programmes, and clinical awareness initiatives.
The role will contribute directly to the company's business growth by increasing awareness and acceptance of dental implant treatments, thereby creating market demand for the company's dental implant products and related solutions.
The job requires extensive travel across India.
Key Responsibilities
A. Dental Implant Course Promotion & Marketing
- Promote dental implant courses, workshops, seminars, hands-on training programmes, and continuing education activities to dentists and orthodontists.
- Develop awareness among dental professionals about the importance, applications, benefits, and scope of dental implant treatments.
- Identify dentists and dental clinics that have the potential to adopt implantology in their practice.
- Explain the relevance and benefits of implant education and encourage dental professionals to participate in training programmes.
- Develop and maintain a database of dentists, orthodontists, oral surgeons, dental clinics, and other relevant healthcare professionals.
- Generate leads through direct outreach, telephone calls, professional networking, digital channels, referrals, and field activities.
- Follow up with prospective participants and convert enquiries into course registrations.
B. Market Development
- Identify new geographical markets and clusters of dental professionals where awareness and adoption of implant treatment is relatively low.
- Conduct market mapping to identify potential dentists, clinics,
institutions, and professional associations.
- Develop relationships with dental colleges, dental clinics, hospitals, dental associations, study groups, and professional networks.
- Organize awareness programmes and professional meetings to introduce implantology and the company's educational initiatives.
- Continuously identify opportunities to expand the company's presence in the dental implant market.
C. Dentist & Professional Engagement
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with dentists, orthodontists, oral surgeons, and key opinion leaders.
- Regularly communicate with existing and prospective course participants.
- Understand the professional requirements, interests, and challenges of dentists with regard to implant treatment.
- Encourage dentists who have completed introductory programmes to progress to advanced training and clinical adoption.
- Maintain regular engagement with course alumni to develop long-term professional relationships and business opportunities.
D. Course Coordination
- Coordinate the complete execution of dental implant courses from participant identification through post-course follow-up.
- Assist in planning course schedules, venues, faculty, clinical demonstrations, hands-on sessions, materials, and participant requirements.
- Coordinate with implantologists, trainers, guest faculty, and other clinical experts.
- Ensure smooth communication between faculty, participants, management, and support teams.
- Maintain accurate records of registrations, attendance,
feedback, and course completion.
- Collect participant feedback and identify opportunities to improve future programmes.
E. Lead Generation & Sales Support
- Generate qualified leads for the company's dental implant products through course and qualified engagement activities.
- Identify dentists who demonstrate interest or readiness to introduce implant treatments into their practice.
- Share qualified leads and relevant customer information with the sales team for further conversion.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure effective follow-up after courses, seminars, and awareness programmes.
- Track the journey from awareness → course participation → clinical interest → product enquiry → product adoption.
- Support the sales team in developing new accounts generated through educational activities.
- Monitor the business impact of courses and awareness programmes on product enquiries and sales.
F. Marketing & Promotional Activities
- Assist in developing marketing campaigns for dental implant education programmes.
- Support the creation and distribution of brochures, presentations, digital content, invitations, course materials, and promotional communications.
- Promote courses through appropriate digital platforms, professional networks, email, WhatsApp, telephone outreach, and other approved channels.
- Coordinate webinars, online information sessions, clinical awareness programmes, and offline events.
- Assist in developing testimonials, success stories, educational content, and other promotional material, subject to company and regulatory guidelines.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
