About the Role

We’re looking for a highly creative and strategic Designer with 10+ years of experience to lead integrated brand campaigns and evolve brand identity across platforms.

The role requires strong conceptual thinking, the ability to push
creative boundaries, and the delivery of high-impact design across digital and traditional mediums while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent and compelling brand voice.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the conceptualisation and execution of complex, integrated creative campaigns across digital and traditional channels

- Push brand identity forward with fresh, evolving creative ideas and innovative design thinking

- Build, differentiate, and scale brands through strong visual storytelling

- Create high-quality creative assets across web, social, video, print, and emerging platforms

- Develop typography systems and maintain strong design fundamentals across all deliverables

- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, strategists, and other creatives to deliver cohesive creative solutions

- Use AI tools and creative software to enhance ideation, design workflows, and output quality

- Translate strategic briefs into visually compelling, insight-driven creative concepts

- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints while adapting to platform-specific nuances

- Stay updated on trends in technology, design, AI, content formats, and digital experiences





Required Skills & Experience

-A strong portfolio demonstrating experience launching complex integrated campaigns -Proven ability to push brands forward with bold, fresh, and evolving creative ideas

- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop

- Robust knowledge of AI creative tools/software (for ideation, design enhancement, image generation, editing, automation, etc

- Strong understanding of the opportunities and limitations of the modern web Experience working across both new-age digital platforms and traditional brand channels

- Ability to partner effectively with teams of designers and other creatives

- A dynamic personality — proactive, adaptable, and comfortable in fast-moving environments

- Ability to lead the design team, mentor members, and support skill development to improve overall creative quality
