AI Consultant – House of EdTech (Goenka Kachave LLP)
Location: Bengaluru (In-Office) | Work Model: Full-Time, 5 Days | 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM

Role Overview
We are looking for dynamic AI Consultants to lead enterprise AI transformation initiatives through practical, hands-on AI workshops and workforce enablement programs. The role focuses on helping organizations adopt Generative AI to improve productivity across HR, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Leadership.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct enterprise AI bootcamps and live training sessions (online & offline).
- Drive AI adoption through practical business use cases and workflow implementation.
- Simplify complex AI concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Build AI productivity workflows and reusable playbooks.
- Engage with enterprise stakeholders, HR teams, leadership, and CXOs.
- Track learner adoption, LMS engagement, and training effectiveness.
- Stay current with the latest AI tools and productivity trends.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools and AI workflows.
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to run engaging sessions for large audiences.
- High ownership, adaptability, and an execution mindset.

Preferred Background

- 1–5 years in Training, L&D;, Consulting, Business Operations, or related fields.
- Experience delivering corporate training or workshops.
- Familiarity with enterprise business functions and productivity workflows.
- Candidates from premier institutes (especially IITs) and top-tier consulting firms — McKinsey & Company, Boston Consulting Group (BCG), Bain & Company, Deloitte,



and Accenture — are preferred.

Nice to Have

- Experience in EdTech, Consulting, or Startup environments.
- Exposure to AI automation tools, workflow systems, and LMS platforms.
- Experience creating SOPs, AI playbooks, or learning content.

For the remaining two I chose Deloitte and Accenture because they have the largest India delivery footprints and their consultants are more likely to have hands-on enterprise transformation and change-management exposure, which maps closely to this role. If you'd prefer a pure Big 4 framing, swap Accenture for EY or PwC. If you want to widen the funnel, adding "or equivalent" after the list keeps strong candidates from self-selecting out.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
