We are seeking exceptional German Language Teachers to join our growing academy and shape the next generation of internationally qualified healthcare talent. Our batches are focused on B1 and B2 proficiency levels, specifically designed for nursing and healthcare professionals preparing for their move to Germany.

Role Overview
As a German Language Teacher at our Language Academy, you will deliver structured, engaging A1 to B2 German lessons to batches of nursing and healthcare professionals preparing for careers in Germany. You will work closely with our academic coordinators to ensure students are well-prepared for Goethe, TELC, or ÖSD certification exams and meet the language standards required for their overseas placement.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver A1 - B2 level German language lessons tailored to healthcare professionals.
- Focus on conversational fluency, medical vocabulary, and workplace communication relevant to nursing in Germany.
- Prepare students for Goethe-Institut, TELC, or ÖSD German certification examinations.
- Conduct regular assessments, track student progress, and provide feedback to the academic team.
- Adapt teaching methods to suit diverse learner backgrounds and proficiency levels.
- Maintain attendance records, lesson plans, and student performance reports.




- Collaborate with counselors and recruitment coordinators to align language training with student placement timelines.

Requirements

- B2 level or higher German language certification - Goethe-Institut, TELC, or ÖSD (mandatory).
- Minimum 2 years of proven German language teaching experience, preferably in structured programmes.
- Solid understanding of A1 - B2 curriculum and exam preparation strategies.
- Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver engaging, student-centred lessons with measurable outcomes.
- Cultural sensitivity and genuine interest in empowering students for international careers.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional teaching environment (for remote sessions).
