Job Summary

The Quality Control skilled will be responsible for ensuring that incoming raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods meet the company's quality standards and applicable industry requirements. The role involves inspection, testing, root cause analysis, process improvements, customer complaint handling, and implementation of quality management systems.

- Key Responsibilities
- 1. Incoming, In -process & Final Quality Control – IQC
- 2. Quality Documentation & Records
- 3. ISO 9001:2015 & Internal Audits
- 4. Non-Conformity, RCA & CAPA
- 5. Customer Complaints
- 6. Testing, Inspection & Calibration
- 7. Quality MIS & Performance Monitoring
- 8. Team Management
- 9. Ensure proper allocation of responsibilities, training, performance monitoring and adherence to quality procedures.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Quality Control systems.
- Good understanding of ISO 9001 : 2015 Quality Management System.
- Knowledge of 7 QC Tools.




- Hands-on experience in Root Cause Analysis (5 Why, Fishbone Diagram).
- CAPA implementation.
- Knowledge of Incoming, In-process, and Final Inspection.
- Understanding of electrical product manufacturing and quality standards.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and MIS reporting.
- Ability to prepare dashboards and quality reports.

- Certification in ISO 9001 Internal Auditor, Lean, Six Sigma, or Quality Tools will be an added advantage.

Language Requirements

- Marathi – Mandatory
- Hindi – Mandatory
- English – Good written and verbal communication

- Experience in customer audits and supplier quality management.
- Good presentation and reporting skills.
