We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Staff Nurse (OT) to assist in surgical procedures and ensure smooth functioning of the operation theatre. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining a sterile environment, supporting surgeons during operations, and ensuring patient safety before, during, and after surgery.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain the operation theatre for surgical procedures.
- Assist surgeons, anesthetists, and surgical team during operations.
- Ensure all surgical instruments and equipment are sterilized and ready.
- Monitor patient condition before, during, and after surgery.
- Maintain strict aseptic and infection control protocols.
- Handle OT equipment and ensure proper functioning.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Provide post-operative care and support to patients.




- Coordinate with medical staff for smooth workflow in OT.

Requirements

- Diploma / B.Sc Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Valid nursing registration (State Nursing Council).
- 1–3 years of experience in Operation Theatre (preferred).
- Solid knowledge of surgical procedures and sterile techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in handling OT equipment and emergency situations.
- Knowledge of infection control and patient safety standards.
- Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure.
