Key ResponsibilitiesInventory Management: Track stock levels, perform regular audits, and prevent shortages of critical medical goods.Receiving and Inspection: Check incoming deliveries for correct quantities, high quality, and expiration dates.Storage and Organization: Store items properly, using the FIFO method (First-In, First-Out, meaning older stock is used first) for medicines.Supply Distribution: Issue medical items, surgical tools, and pharmacy supplies to different hospital departments.Vendor Coordination: Work with suppliers, place purchase orders, and manage deliveries.Record Keeping: Use computer software or ledgers to log all stock movements, invoices, and reports
