Job Description for Associate Agency Development Manager at Axis Max Life Insurance:

As an Associate Agency Development Manager at Axis Max Life Insurance, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our agency network. Your primary responsibilities will include recruiting, training, and mentoring agents to foster a high-performing sales team. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase the agency's productivity and helping agents achieve their sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Recruit and onboard new agents to build a robust agency network.
