Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000/month

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Purchase Executive with strong negotiation and vendor management skills to handle procurement activities and ensure timely availability of materials at competitive prices.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day purchase and procurement activities.
- Identify, evaluate, and coordinate with suppliers/vendors.
- Obtain and compare quotations from different vendors.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs).
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain purchase records, vendor details, and documentation.
- Coordinate with accounts and other departments for invoices and payments.




- Monitor material requirements and ensure timely procurement.
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships.

Requirements

- Relevant experience in purchase/procurement is mandatory.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and purchase documentation.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to negotiate cost-effective deals with suppliers.
- Positive decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates must be available to work from Lucknow.
