- Lead the development and refinement of business process documentation to support seamless implementation.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to foster professional growth.
- Continuously evaluate process effectiveness and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.
- Strong analytical skills to assess complex business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Excellent communication abilities to effectively liaise between technical teams and business partners.
- Experience in documenting detailed business process flows and functional requirements.
