Job Summary: The Senior Purchase Executive will be responsible for procurement of materials and services required for real estate and construction projects. The role ensures timely availability of quality materials at competitive prices, effective vendor management, and adherence to company procurement policies to support smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Float RFQs, obtain quotations, and prepare Comparative Statements (CS)
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors
- Issue Purchase Orders (PO) as per approved budgets and requirements
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and avoid site delays
- Coordinate with site engineers, store, and planning teams for material requirements
- Ensure quality and quantity compliance at the time of material receipt
- Maintain proper records of POs, invoices, GRNs, and contracts
- Process vendor bills in coordination with accounts, ensuring proper GST compliance
- Track market trends and update management on price fluctuations
- Develop and maintain a strong and reliable vendor database




- Ensure adherence to company SOPs and procurement policies

Required Skills & Competencies:

- Good knowledge of construction and finishing materials
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, 4QT, or similar)
- Sound understanding of GST, billing, and documentation processes
- Good coordination and communication skills with internal and site teams
- High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree (required)
- Post Graduation (optional)

Experience Required: 2–6 years of experience in procurement within real estate or construction industry
