Caratbazaar is a premium Indian jewelry brand known for moissanite and lab-grown diamond jewelry. We focus on luxury, craftsmanship, and affordability. With our new showroom in Delhi, we aim to give customers a premium in-store shopping experience.

Your Role

We are looking for a Sales Executive who can help customers find their perfect piece of jewelry while providing a warm and professional experience.

Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist customers in choosing jewelry based on their preferences and budget.
- Give expert advice about moissanite, lab-grown diamonds, and other jewelry.
- Ensure every customer has a memorable and premium experience.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales goals.
- Handle billing, online orders, and payments accurately.
- Keep displays neat, organized, and visually appealing.
- Follow up with customers and build long-term relationships.
- Manage customer data and daily sales reports.
- Take part in store events and promotions.





Requirements

- Minimum 1 years of experience in jewelry or luxury retail sales.
- Strong product knowledge in diamonds, moissanite, and metals.
- Excellent communication in Hindi and English.
- Confident, polite, and customer-focused personality.
- Basic computer knowledge (POS, MS Office, Excel).
- Passionate about jewelry and luxury sales.

Job Details

- Schedule: 6 days a week (8–9 hours/day)
- Education: 12th Pass or higher (Preferred)
- Experience: Minimum 1 years in direct or jewelry sales
- Work Type: In-person (at the Rajouri Garden showroom)
