Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Collection Executive to join our team at RJ Enterprises. The candidate will be responsible for contacting customers and securing pending payments.
Key Responsibilities:
Call customers regarding overdue payments and balances.
Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and customer interactions.
Guide customers through the payment process politely.
Requirements:
Education: 12th pass or Graduate.
Experience: Fresher or 6 months experience in telecalling/collection.
Skills: Good communication skills and polite behavior.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
