Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer to oversee interior construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion. This role requires strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and collaboration with contractors, architects, and project managers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Site Supervision: Oversee interior construction activities, ensuring compliance with designs, specifications, and safety standards.

2. Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality of work, identifying and addressing defects or issues.

3. Progress Monitoring: Track project progress, identifying potential delays and implementing corrective actions.

4. Collaboration: Work with project managers, architects, designers, and contractors to ensure project goals are met.

5. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of site activities, progress, and issues.

6. Safety: Ensure site safety, adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.

7. Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, minimizing delays and cost overruns.

Requirements:

1. Education: Diploma/BCE

2. Experience:



2-5 years of experience in interior construction, preferably in commercial or residential projects.

3. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of interior construction methods, materials, and codes.

4. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze problems and implement effective solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Software: Familiarity with construction management software, such as Autodesk.

2. Industry Experience: Experience in specific industries, such as commercial, residential, or hospitality.
