Job Title: Experienced Accountant

Job Description

Auslese Robotic Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled, detail-oriented, and experienced Accountant to handle daily accounting operations, statutory compliance, and e-commerce transactions.

Important Note: Freshers will not be considered. We require strictly experienced candidates who can work independently. Shortlisted candidates must clear a mandatory practical/trial test (Tally, Advanced Excel, and Reconciliation) during the interview.

Key Responsibilities

- Daily bookkeeping, ledger maintenance, and voucher entries in Tally.
- Creation and verification of Sale & Purchase invoices.
- Accurate preparation and filing of B2B monthly returns, ensuring invoice-level matching with GSTR-2B/2A.
- End-to-end Bank Reconciliation and vendor/customer ledger balancing.
- Complete GST compliance, including monthly return filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B).
- E-commerce return filing, along with marketplace payment, return, and sales report reconciliation (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
- Calculation, deduction, and filing of TDS returns.
- Generating MIS reports and financial statements using Advanced Excel.

Mandatory Requirements (Must-Have Skills)

Candidates must have solid,



verifiable hands-on experience in:

- Tally Prime : Quick, accurate voucher entries, inventory management, and reporting.
- GST & B2B Return Filing: In-depth knowledge of B2B invoicing rules, ITC matching, GSTR-1, and GSTR-3B filing.
- E-commerce Accounting: Reconciliation of marketplace statements, return orders, and TCS/GST on e-commerce sales.
- Invoicing & Reconciliation: Error-free Sale/Purchase bill creation, vendor reconciliation, and Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).
- TDS Compliance: Calculation, deposit, and return filing.
- Advanced Excel: High proficiency in VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and SUMIFS for bulk data handling.
- Experience: Minimum 1–4 years of practical accounting experience (preferably in wholesale, retail trading, or e-commerce).
