Reach us Business Hub is looking for a smart, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive to manage client relationships and deliver exceptional service. We are looking for someone who is a quick learner with excellent language proficiency and solid communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Communicate with clients through calls, messages, emails, and in-person meetings.

Understand client requirements and ensure timely support.

Follow up with clients and maintain regular communication.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client service.

Maintain client records and prepare basic reports.

Collect client feedback and share insights with management.

Requirements

Excellent proficiency in English and Malayalam (spoken and written).



Additional languages are an advantage.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tasks and technologies.

Positive attitude, professional appearance, and customer-first mindset.

Good computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, and Internet).

Bachelor's degree preferred.

Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
