Position Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor cum Graphic Designer who is passionate about delivering high-quality visual content. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in video production, editing, and graphic design, with a keen eye for storytelling, aesthetics, and brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit and produce high-quality videos for podcast, social media, ads, websites, and marketing campaigns.
- Handle end-to-end video production including cutting, transitions, color grading, sound design, and final output.
- Design engaging graphics, thumbnails, banners, and creatives for digital platforms.
- Create short-form content (Reels, Shorts, UGC videos) optimized for performance.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to understand creative requirements.
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual content.
- Optimize videos for different platforms like Instagram, YouTube, Facebook,



etc.
- Stay updated with latest design trends, video formats, and editing techniques.
- Manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and deadlines.

Requirements

- Experience working in a digital marketing agency or content-driven environment
- Understanding of UGC content and performance marketing creatives
- Basic knowledge of sound editing and visual effects (VFX)

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Video quality and engagement (views, retention, CTR)
- Timely delivery of projects
- Creative output consistency
- Performance of video creatives in campaigns

Preferred Skills

- Proven experience in video editing and graphic design (portfolio required)
- Proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva
- Strong understanding of video production, storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics
- Knowledge of motion graphics and animation is a plus
- Experience in social media content creation and optimization
- Good sense of color, typography, and layout design
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
