**Position:** Deputy / Assistant Manager – Production
**Experience:** 8+ Years
**Qualification:** B.Tech / Diploma (Mechanical/ECE)
**Salary:** ₹40,000 – ₹60,000/month
**Location:** [Barwala ]
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Manage daily production activities and production targets.
* Ensure adherence to SOPs, Work Instructions, Control Plans, and quality standards.
* Monitor Engineers, In-charges, and Operators.
* Improve productivity, quality, efficiency, and reduce waste/rejections.
* Handle CAPA, 8D, customer complaints, and internal rejections.
* Conduct/support Process, Product & System Audits and 5S activities.
* Manage 4M changes and drive continuous improvement.
* Train and develop production team members.
**Required Skills:** Production Management, Quality Improvement, CAPA, 8D, 4M, 5S, Audits, Team Handling.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
