Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounting operations, preparing financial reports, ensuring statutory compliance, and supporting month-end and year-end closing activities. The candidate should possess strong analytical skills, accuracy, and a thorough understanding of accounting principles and taxation.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day to day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliance requirements.
- Prepare and file tax returns in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Coordinate internal and external audits.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of accounting records and financial documentation.
- Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis for management.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Identify process improvements to enhance accounting efficiency and internal controls.
- Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff, where applicable.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CA Inter, CMA, or equivalent qualification is preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in accounting and finance.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, GST, TDS, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, organizational,



and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with ERP software.
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, financial reporting).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
